Internship (m/f/d) Human Resources (60%-80&)

What awaits you: 

• Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative activities
• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in the coordination of internal projects and events
• Help prepare presentations, documents, and communication materials
• Support recruitment and onboarding-related processes
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute ideas

How you convince us: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR topics, communication, and organizational culture
• Self-motivated with proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English; German is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
