Job Purpose:

Set-up the program core team, plan and manage the program based on the customer requirement & company policy & IATF16949 for ensuring the program launching smoothly and catch customer due milestone and samples demand requirement. 
Make sure program management procedures, customer requirement and IATF16949 requirement are followed by each team member. 
Optimize program management system to improve its quality, efficiency and compliance with customer requirement & IATF16949

Principal Accountabilities:

Potential program quotation supporting；
New program developing management；
Supporting the IATF audit and customer audit；
Supporting the EHS；
Support the internal program management procedure improvement；

Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above;
1~3 years working in program management of Automotive fieldHas the experience to finish the auto part development program as a team member or leader will be preferred;
Understand the ITAF requirement, OEM APQP procedure;

English communication without barriers,

Ability in Excel, Word and PPT

Good coordination and communication ability
